PitchWars Mentee Bio

Here's me
No that's not my real car, I actually drive a blue Prius with a license plate holder that says my other car is a Tardis.

I live in the city with the big giant magnet.

With my fiance Andrew.

Yeah we're both nerds!

And my dog Sophie

I love to read and write YA and MG. In fact the only place I buy my books is in the YA and MG section of the bookstore.

And meeting authors is one of my favorite things to do!
Andrea Cremer

Ally Condie

Maggie Stiefvater
James Dashner
Holly Black

Cassandra Clare

 I am a giant geek!
Yes I'm holding a Zat Gun!
But I'm incredible!
To me.... this is funny....

And I wish I had somewhere to put one of these...
The shuttle not the sign, I actually own the sign :D

I wear t-shirts like this....
And this....
And this...
Yes I'm a Ravenclaw.

I'm addicted to twitter!
@Rockets2Writing

And anything Sci fi, fantasy, or paranormal on TV, at the movies or in books.

For me...

Oh and did I mention that I'm a Rocket Scientist?

And that's ....

Now go check out the other #PitchWars participants.

  6. Awesome bio! I have a photo at Platform 9 3/4, too! (when it was still located there, before King's Cross got totally trashed, I mean, renovated... *grumble*) Love all your photos. Sophie is adorable, and your author meetings are way cool!

Love the pic of you with the plane turbine as well. My husband's also an aerospace engineer so that jumped right out at me. :) Fun profile -- best of luck in Pitch Wars!

  7. Aww thank you so much! Your husband sounds like a cool guy ;)

When I took my photo at King's Cross it had been temporary moved due to construction. I think it was in a midway point. Either way it still looks authentic ;)

Lots of luck to you to in pitch wars!

  15. Goodness, well you certainly establish your geek cred! ;-) Totally awesome.

PS: I met a Londoner this past week who works at Kings Cross Station, and he says a couple times a week he gets to watch some tourist run face-first into the brick wall. So that's awesome.

    Best of luck!
